 In order to enhance and promote community engagement, uPhongolo Municipality customer care unit has a mandate to engage with the community as and when complaints are lodged. Proper Management of the community’s complains will result in the right of redress being upheld and also improve service delivery processes and systems.

Complaints Management System of uPhongolo Municipality is developed in line with the KwaZulu Natal Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (COGTA) guidelines in order to promote and enhance community engagement
